Flatlanders is a small microbrewery with generally just a handful of beers available plus a couple seasonal brews. They're good, but not spectactlar. I generally get the Locomotive Stout when I'm here.
The food is more upscale, with things like buffalo and ostrich on the menu as well as some excellent seafood. Not your typical burgers and beer place, although burgers are on the menu.
The hours are all over the place, depending on what you're looking for:
