This memorial is located on the north side of the Georgetown Visitors Gateway; built in 2004.

 Description of Memorial: Sadly, it is easy to miss this memorial because it is comprised of three flagpoles and the plaque on a boulder. I have been to this visitor's center many times and never realized the flags were part of a memorial.
