A newly designed and installed seven-circuit spiral labyrinth now graces the Garrison Institute grounds. The boxwood-bordered labyrinth is nestled in the former monastery’s walled garden.
Labyrinths and spirals have ritual and contemplative significance going back to neolithic times, and are especially suited to walking meditation. This one is a living reminder of the spiraling, interconnected, organic, vital community that has grown up around the Institute, within which we work together to create transformative change.
