This coal post is in pretty good condition, although some paint has chipped from the top and bottom. Despite this the text is clearly visible and reads "24&25 VICT CAP 42".
It is located on the west side of the footpath leading to Withybed Corner, 150m Sout of Motts Hill Lane, opposite Motts Hill Cottage. It is a type 2e coal post.
