Adjacent to I-25, the 145-acre property has native chokecherry and wild plum shrubs along an intermittent stream. Dogs must be on leash on the main trail, but a 17-acre off-leash dog area is located just west of the trail head.

Directions:
From the South - Exit 188 Castle Pines, go north 2 miles on E. Frontage Road.
From the North - Exit 192 Ridgegate, go south 2 miles on E. Frontage Road.
