The mailbox is located in a neighborhood of single family homes. Some of the tiles are starting to fall off on the mailbox door, but overall it's still in pretty good shape. The tile flowers have a gradation from red on the outer edge to orange to yellow with a red or yellow glass bead in the center. A variety of green colored tiles make up the leaves and stems of the flowers and the flowers are set amidst a varied blue tile background. This mailbox definitely stands out from the others in the neighborhood which are either plain or painted with a beach scene.
