The memorial consists of three granite stones with the center piece made of black granite and the two outer pieces made of gray granite. The American Flag mounted on the granite.
Beside the center piece are two brick containters, one for the South Dakota State Flag and the other is for a POW/MIA flag.
On each side of the memorial are six flag poles, one each for each of the six different services.
Two granite benches are in front of the memorial.

Description of Memorial: This memorial is located in the Northeast part of the town of Parker, SD.
Two plaques of brass are mounted on the outside markers of the three.
One plaque has the inscription: "IN MEMORY OF MAJOR HARRY I. FLEEGER, WHO GAVE HIS LIFE FOR HIS COUNTRY IN WORLD WAR II" and the other plaque reads: "FUNDING FOR THE PARKER VETERANS MEMORIAL WAS PROVIDED BY THE MARY CHILTON CHAPTER NATIONAL DAUGHTERS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION THROUGH THE MARY CHILTON FOUNDATION, SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA"
