Bricktown is a thriving renovated warehouse district just east of the Santa Fe tracks in Oklahoma City. Once a busy industrial district, it fell on hard times by the 1970s and was threatened with destruction. Over the next two decades, through the efforts of various developers and men of vision, the area evolved into what it is today: an exciting, active, fun place to eat and be entertained. It attracts travelers and locals alike, and is a family event.
Crabtown is a favorite of many. Located in a 20,000 sq. ft. renovated warehouse at 303 E. Sheridan, on the northeast corner of Sheridan and Vince Gill Avenue, it offers a full range of fish and seafood delights. Crabtown specializes in the Cajun Crab Boil, served on butcher paper, right on your table.
On the south side of the two-story warehouse is a vertical neon sign reading: CRABTOWN. On the west side of the building, at the second level is a decorative fish that looks pretty sinister. He is outlined in Green neon, with fins and spots done in red.
