This webcam was set up to view construction of the area around the former Memorial Auditorium and Erie Canal harbor. It appears the webcam only works with Internet Explorer.
In order to successfully log this webcam, you MUST include a picture of yourself, taken with the webcam, with your log. To do this, you'll need to either have someone help you via phone from a remote computer. Since the cam is so high up, it will be difficult to make out any people so do you best to make yourself visible. Any logs without a webcam picture will be archived. Treat this just like you would a webcam cache.
