The cellar door is open each day from 11am and a delicious menu can consume your appetite.
At Werribee wines from Seven hectares of Shiraz were planted in front of the winery in 1998. Deep red clay loam soils sit atop sandy outwash gravels. The vines are allowed to carry only a small crop load each season, resulting in a wine with excellent bright fruit characters and a long tannic finish.
Visitors are invited to taste the wines, purchase from the cellar door, indulge at the gourmet foodstore or take a leisurely stroll through the picturesque vineyard.
The wine is affordable and the food is excellent. Well worth spending a sunny sunday afternoon taking in the jazz band as well.
