This nice little memorial was established by the Village of Hersey in the early 2000's. Around that time, many of the communities in Osceola took part in a county wide effort to erect veteran memorials in each of the communities.
This memorial consists of a small plaque on a decorative wall with an ornamental bench and place for memorial flowers. There is also a flag display.
