It's not often to get a church has had a unique history in terms of how it was moved. Erected in 1859 in the township of Derby on the south bank of the Fraser River, in 1882 it was dismantled, turned into a raft, floated down river, then hauled up a steep hillside to close to where it stands today. In 1983 it underwent one final move to its present position.
