One story attached commercial structure with flat roof. Masonry building although storefront altered, windows not original. Decorative features include a corbeled cornice.

The name of the building occupant called out in the NRHP application is erroneously stated as the Fraternal Order of the Elks (the Elks are actually the BPOE not the FOE).
