When the city of Phoenix expanded the 51 freeway it chose to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to put art along the walls.
This pot has a saucer next to it with fish on it.
Unfortunately the art work on the large vase is starting to feel the power of the Phoenix sun and is peeling away.
