Belem Tower Replica - Lisbon, Portugal - Exact Replicas on Waymarking.com

Near the walkway to the Belem Tower is a small brass replica of the tower that was donated by the Rotary Club of Lisbon in 1960. An internet site indicates that the replica is for blind people to feel but I haven't been able to confirm if that was its real purpose or not.
