Description of Memorial: Tall six sided obelisk towering above this block square city park. Each side has a wreath with the dates of each war, with a stone walkway with text for that war. World War II and Viet Nam War are written high on the tower, with no text. So, I deduce that this memorial was erected before World War II and the latter were added after the fact. Park benches and easy walkway lead you to and from this magnificent tower.
