My sister just happened to notice this benchmark near to where we had parked. It is on the curb, in front of a Coldwell Banker office, 2-3 feet north of a parking meter and directly in front of the westbound traffic on Oak Street. The marker has the words 'United States Government - U.S. Engineer Office, Portland, OR' around the circumference, and 'I935 - SOR - ELEV 248' stamped on it. The benchmark has some wear, but seems to be holding up well.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
