Ambresbuty Bank is an ancient earthwork, a plateau fort. It is also the site of Queen Boudicca's defeat by the invading Roman army.

The coal post itself is reasonably well maintained but could do with a fresh lick of paint. Provided that you are looking for it, very easy to spot.
