This board is very near the old Purfleet Bridge which is Grade II listed. It was called Stone Bridge in the C13 when it was the western link between the two settlements of Lynn. It is now mainly early C19 but there are some fragments of C17 brickwork in the lower courses.
The map gives 20 points of interest around Lynn with a short description of each along with details of guided walks, etc.
The map is quite old referring to events which took place in 2009.
Location Name: King Street, Purfleet Street junction.
