The rose garden is tucked behind the historic Carnegie Library building in downtown City Park. The rose beds are divided by the wheel-chair ramp which descends to the back door. The bushes seem to be well cared-for and bloom in spite of Paso Roble's notoriously dry, hot summers. Sadly there are no labels visible for the different bushes.
