A 2-foot granite post marks the border between Quincy and Milton on Squantum St. It appears to have been a free-standing post at one point and later integrated into a wall as a border between private residences and Squantum St. The Quincy/Milton town line runs at an extreme angle at this point (i.e. it doesn't perpendicularly cross the stree) so it is difficult to tell which houses are in Milton and which are in Quincy. The post is engraved with a capital 'M' for Milton and has the date 8-31-73 written in white paint (most likely graffiti).
