Dorneck is a ruin of a castle in the hills above Dornach. From the tower there is a great view over Basel and some of the suburbs in the South-East like Arlesheim, Reinach, Münchenstein. On a clear day you can even spot the runways of the airport 15 km in the North-West.
The ruin is open free of charge in the daytime.
