This building was constructed with the rest of the park by the CCC in the 1930's. Since the transferring of ownership to the state in 1945 to 2006, this building was leased out from time to time as the park's food concession for the beach area. In 2008, with renovations complete to the beach area, this building was restored as a "pavilion" with indoor and outdoor seating, that is mainly used for Park Programming.
