Judging from the automobiles, this is an early 1950s postcard. The view demonstrates how many buildings were lost to urban renewal. One can just make out the Brown Palace Hotel on the left near the apex of the street view. All I could do was to count blocks to determine where to take the photo since all the other reference buildings are gone.
