I walked to this bell - about 0.5 km - alongside the entrance driveway to the rest area and only saw one car coming in. It's a busy freeway but not a busy rest area because it's not very far from Paso Robles, where people usually stop for whatever they need. Nonetheless, this rest area has just had a major renovation with new restrooms, new landscaping, etc. Looks like this bell may be new, also.
