Located in a small, triangular memorial park in the center of Del City is a memorial consisting of three flagpoles. Beneath the flag on the right is a plaque which reads:
"Presented to Del City 1975
Fraternal Order of Police
Del City #114
Dedicated to Del City officers
killed in line of duty"
Beneath that is an additional plaque which reads:
"In memory of William H. Keith
first police officer killed in the line of duty
Del City, Oklahoma January 12, 1965"
Under the center flag is an American Legion plaque honoring veterans of all wars.
This is grass area with trees and shrubs and benches, surrounded by roads on all three sides.
