Long Description:
The sign talks about the two storied rail station that once stood west of the location (at the corner of No 1 and Moncton) In 1929 the station was closed and replaced by a shelter. In the 1950s, the rail operation closed altogether. All that remains are the tracks that are still seen on Moncton St.
