This plaque is by the old CN Station on Mavia Ave in Fort Langley.

The plaque reads: "Historically known as 'Langley Station,' this was one of the stations built for the new Canadian Northern Railway. It was built for their 3rd class standard design and was one of about 85 such buildins constructed in Wetsern Canada. After Canandian Northenr was added to the Canandian National Railway system in 1918, the station was expanded to accomidate large living quarters for the statio agent. In 1980, passneger service was stopped, and a year later the station was declared redundant. It was movied to its present lcoation in 1983 and restoed by the Langley Heritage Society. Now owned by the municiopality, the staton was designated as a heritage site in 1984. "
