"HE TOUCHED US ALL"

Those who knew him personally were touched
by his passion and dedication;

Those who didn't know him were touched
by his deeds.

Those who still use this trail in the future,
he touches you still.

Snohomish Arlington Trail Coalition

Michael O. Parman, 1946 - 1995
Centennial Trail Project Manager
