This bench is in front and to the left of the park, street side near the sidewalk. The bench marker read In Loving Memory of Thomas L. Glenn, Jr., Leader, Mentor, Father, Friend, October 8, 1934 - January 16, 2003, Sadly Missed and Always Remembered . The bench is made from recycled plastic like the Trex® product that is used for decks and boardwalks. The stuff is much smoother than wood.
