The building located at 615 Delaware was built in 1894 by Adolph Wolleson, who came to Perry during the Land Run of September 16, 1893. It was one of the first permanent buildings of stone on the square. He built this two-story stone building with a basement, to house his Boston Dry Goods Store. Carved stone gargoyles are featured in this Classic Revival architecture. The second floor was first used as sleeping rooms and offices. The first floor facade has been altered with stucco panels covering the original recessed entry store front.
