Main Street Windmill - Lamar, CO - Windmills on Waymarking.com

This Windmill is right off the street in Lamar, CO. The blades rotate, but I'm not sure if it's because of the wind or if it's powered. We spotted it from a couple of blocks down the street and thought it looked like a smaller version of one you'd see in Holland.
