The Hohloh represents the highest point of the eastern main ridge of the northern Black Forest (mountain ridge between Murg and Enz). The Hohlohgipfel is the highest point of Gernsbacher municipal area.
The observation tower known mostly as Hohlohturm is officially called Emperor Wilhelm Tower. Its height was originally 24 metres, increased because of the high Baumwuchses Tower 1968 to 6 meters
