This time capsule is located in a small park at the intersection is US 19 and US 86 as you enter Cambridge Springs, PA from the north. We would have never know the time capsule was there had we not stopped to visit a state historic marker in the parker. There is also a fountain, a gazebo, and several other memorials in the park. It was a very nice visit for my family and I. The time capsule is for a centenial observance but it does not say for what or who placed it. It is scheduled to be opened in 2016.
