This small garden is a wonderful sight for the years. The plaque reads:

Peace Garden built by Bill Gardner planted by the Backus Pine River Garden Club in 2009.

Located next to the time capsule, this mini garden is full of color and style.

The shape of the sign appears to be the shape of a nearby lake, Pine Mountain Lake.
