Long Description:

This church is closed and looks abandoned. The local historical society, located next door in an old Victorian home, seems to have dibs on this structure as they have a sign hanging over the front entrance. Also, there is an interesting little bell tower on top which. On both sides of the front entrance are elongated, 4-paned stained glass, rounded at the top. There is almost a dozen old churches in this town, many of them 100 + years. This one was the only one I found abandoned. The church is a contributing structure for the historic district.

The date stone reads:

ENGLISH EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN
How Amiable are Thy Tabernacles,
O Lord of Hosts
