This flatiron has been vacant for nearly a decade, at least. Before the community painted over the graffiti, a few ghost signs over parts of the old shops indicated it had been used as a grocery store, long ago. Currently, no viable businesses are using it. The longest side of the building is facing Fredericksburg Road, which is a major artery for traffic coming into and out of downtown. This road eventually connects San Antonio with the city of Fredericksburg, TX an hour's drive away. The one other side is next to an active railroad track, thus the RR crossing arms near the front door at the corner of 300 Fredericksburg Rd. The third side is along a very short dead end street, Sandoval Street.
Current use of the building.: vacant - not being used
