A Place at the Beach III at Fort Macon Road in Atlantic Beach, NC is a private residence (condo) and RCI participating vacation timeshare complex. It is located right at the beach close to Fort Macon. In the complex, the speed limit is 8 mph. Due to this being a private owned location, there is a guard on duty posted 24/7. So, in order to register this waymark, you will need to be staying at the complex or will need to walk in from the street. There is no parking on Fort Macon road, so you will need a buddy for a drop and drive.
