Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery is on the east side of S. Harrah Rd, about a mile south of I-40. The entire grounds are fenced off, with a wide gravel driveway through a gate. There is the typical arched cemetery entrance sign, flanked by two brick pillars.
There are approximately 2,000 marked graves here. There is a section near the far NW corner with just a few newer graves in it. At the entrance there is also a building, presumably for the caretaker's equipment.
There are woods on the north and east sides of the grounds, and a few trees on the property. The cemetery appears well maintained.
