Quick Description: The Red River, especially this area from the Locks to Selkirk, is commonly called the Catfish Capital of the World. This waymark is for the east shore just south of the Locks.

Long Description:
Typical catfish here can be 20 pounds and 30 inches. Although you see a few boats here, the majority fish off either shore just below the Locks.
Recommended tackle: Jigs or spoons.
