Small clean & neat campground north of Franklin, NC

Formerly jointly owned with Rose Creek Gem Mine (Waymark WM9962), the campground has spaces for roughly 30 pop-ups and 30' RVs. (Says 40', but some sharp turning required.) A few tent camping sites in the back. And three small cabins, including a "Yurt".
Amenities: One set of bathrooms offers couple of private showers each for men and women. There a small two table pavilion with fluorencent lights. A fishing pond. And a pool (3-5 ft depth) which accomodate around 20 people. And walk over access to the Rose Creek Gem Mine.
While small, one impression I had was how clean was the facility. No litter to pick up. The bathrooms were very clean throughout the weekend.
The campground was filled with RVs of retirees enjoying Western NC access to Cherokee, Asheville, and Franklin plus families visiting the gem mine and pool.
