The Statue of Liberty replica is at Veteran's Memorial Park, TORC, New Mexico. There is an expansive Veteran's Memorial at the same location, and the Veteran's Center is the building just to the east of the park.
The Statue of Liberty here is in a desert landscaping, and does have a pedestal about 5 feet tall.
