This mark is in South Boston, at the intersection of Congress St and Boston Wharf Rd. The mark is embedded in a concrete traffic island separating lanes of traffic of Congress St east of the intersection.

Specifically, it is in a 'D' shaped raised section of concrete closest to the center of the intersection, sort of in the lower-right portion of the 'D'. This island has a 'No U-Turn' sign on it as well.
