Moriarty's Mountain View Cemetery is located on Martinez Road (which is about 1 1/2 miles south of I-40), and west of 5th St. (freeway 41).
The cemetery entrance is a sign suspended by PVC and steel pipe, with a 4 ft. high brick wall along the side.
There are approximately 3,000 burials here. The property is maintained well, but the grass is really brown in some spots.
There are quite a few Evergreen trees on the grounds, scattered about the premises.
While in town be sure to stop by the DWI Memorial of Perpetual Tears, just north of I-40, almost directly north from this cemetery.
