This station is a bench mark disk from the New Hampshire Department of Public Works and Highways (NHDPWH) located in the town of
Chesterfield, New Hampshire along Route 9 (Franklin Pierce Hwy) at the
old United States Navy Seabees Bridge which crosses the Connecticut River from New Hampshire to Vermont. The disk was set in 1989 by the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) into the top of the south-east concrete retaining wall, 3.5 feet above the road and 23 feet from the east end of the wall. It is a standard NHDPWH disk stamped
087 0130 and shows a little cross in the middle.

THE STATION IS LOCATED IN CHESTERFIELD. THE STATION IS AT THE EAST END OF THE STATE ROUTE 9 BRIDGE OVER THE CONNECTICUT RIVER AT THE NEW HAMPSHIRE-VERMONT STATE LINE. THE STATION IS A STANDARD NHDPWH DISK STAMPED--087-0130--, SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE RETAINING WALL 3.5 FT (1.1 M) ABOVE THE ROAD. 23.0 FT (7.0 M) WEST FROM THE EAST END OF THE WALL.
