This is a monument in front of the American Legion Memorial Post 428 in North Haledon, NJ. It was erected by the Town in 1951 and rededicated 5/24/2008. Behind the monument are flag poles. In front of the main monument are bronze placques listing each person who was killed in action from the town in World War II or Vietnam.

Description of Memorial: This is a polished granite monument on front lawn of the American Legion Memorial Post 428 in North Haledon, NJ. Behind the monument are flag poles. In front of the main monument are bronze placques listing each person who was killed in action from the town in World War II or Vietnam. There is parking for the American Legion to the left of the building.
