WElwyn Garden City was one of the towns built early in the 1900's as part of the Garden City Movement championed by Ebenezer Howard. This fountain is in the middle of the town's centre-piece gardens.
At certain times of the year, the water will be dyed pink in support of Breast Cancer awareness. A posting of a pink fountain picture would be brilliant!
