This mark is located along West 4th Street in the No Man's Land between the South End and South Boston. It's at the southwest corner of the intersection of W 4th St and a ramp going to a parking garage for the Boston Department of Public Works, which itself is just west of the bridge going over the mess of train tracks going into South Station and east of I-93.

The mark is embedded into a sidewalk slightly SE of the end of a curved concrete wall preventing you from going down the hill into the DPW site. You'll know the DPW site, as it has like 40000 Boston municipal vehicles (Police cars, tow trucks, etc).
