Bare Bones has set up shop in an old converted church. They use fresh fish and their fries are hand cut. Being a new operation, open less then a year, the place is very clean. The vinegar, both malt and balsamic, are on the tables in small spray bottles. It takes a little to get use to it, but works quite well. There are two types of batter, traditional beer batter and panco breaded coating, along with three types of sauce' These are regular tarter, a dill, and for some kick, a wasabi sauce. The food comes in generous portions and is reasonably priced. (2 can dine for under $25 without wine)
