This is a small marker and recreation of a 19th century fire ring situated approximately where the old Milltown fire station would have been located near present day Memorial Lake. Milltown itself no longer exists, having been absorbed by the Borough of Woodstown in the late 1800s.

The plaque reads:

"FIRE RING

This fire ring is similar to the original one which stood on this site in the early 1800's to call the firemen to duty in case of fire in this section of town, then known as Milltown.
